Thanks for visiting our site. Our family has been collecting masks since a high school trip to Europe more than two decades ago. We’ve been to over 5 continents and 39 countries, and we have masks from most of the places we visit.
In 2012, I left my corporate job and started an e-commerce company where I imported and sold masks from around the world. With a lot of hard work, we grew to be one of the largest decorative and collectible mask sites.
We worked with craftsman and designers to sell handmade custom masks. We also partnered with some companies in China to offer low cost replica masks. Our site also contained a lot of educational information to help the site visitors choose the mask to fit their needs.
Our first year in business went well, but in 2013 Amazon increased the catalog to include a lot of masks and costumes. Their prices to consumers were cheaper than I could even acquire them from our factories wholesale. I kept the business going for another 9 months, but ultimately closed when I realized that we’d never be able to compete.
In 2019, I decided to launch the site again in my spare time. Instead of doing an e-commerce site and competing with Amazon, we have decided to focus entirely on information, product reviews and buyer’s guides.
Our site is funded through affiliate commissions from Amazon and Google Adsense. We are focused entirely on creating high quality content. We are passionate about masks, and we will happily answer any questions on masks or costumes.
